Every IncentFit account always includes:
- Comprehensive Support: We’re here to offer friendly, dedicated support to both administrators and employees via email and phone weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, answering any questions you may have about benefits, fulfillment, or product-related topics like challenge enrollment.
- Technical Assistance: Our team is ready to help with troubleshooting, whether it’s platform issues, syncing your trackers, or resolving employee payment concerns, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Feature Guidance: We’re happy to guide you through self-administered features, like adding new contacts, updating billing information, or managing permissions, making it easy for you to stay in control.
- Integration Support: We’ll assist with integrating payroll or eligibility systems, so everything works seamlessly together. (Activity and Biometrics file feed integrations are available through managed implementation.)
- Plan Updates: We’re here to help with any Rewards Program changes, ensuring everything transitions smoothly as your needs grow and evolve.
- Challenge Review: We’re happy to review steps and challenges set up by the administrator, making sure they’re aligned with your goals and working as intended.
- Custom Challenges: For customers on our custom challenges plan, we’ll create personalized challenges tailored to your team’s unique goals and needs.
- Admin Tools Training: If you’d like, we can provide extra training on our admin tools, ensuring your team feels confident and empowered to get the most out of the platform.
- Customer Success Check-In: We offer a yearly Customer Success Check-In, where we’ll review your program’s performance and provide helpful insights to keep things running smoothly.
- Administrative Meetings: Need more support? We’re available for bi-annual administrative meetings upon request, where we can discuss how to optimize your experience even further.
