At IncentFit, we pride ourselves on providing both our clients and our own team with the tools and support they need to live healthier, happier lives. Our team is made up of curious, motivated, self-proclaimed "nerds". We strive to maintain a culture that supports both personal and professional development in and outside of the workplace. We take pride in our hard work and make plenty of time to acknowledge the small wins and celebrate the big ones.

Founded in 2013, IncentFit has grown to a small, but mighty team of about twenty (and counting) full-time team members. While we're looking for team members that are able to be in the office, located in Center City Philadelphia, we offer employees the option to work remotely 40% of the work week.

We serve small-and-mid-sized businesses and health insurance providers, across diverse industries—from major financial firms to manufacturing powerhouses, to public universities and nonprofits.
