Participants build proactive wellness habits by completing activities that support movement, nutrition, rest, mindfulness, self-care, and preventive health awareness.

The challenge encourages simple actions like daily physical activity, walking, bicycling, eating fruits and vegetables, choosing lean protein, meditating, sleeping, avoiding alcohol, completing self-exams, and engaging in personal development or social connection.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.
