Challenge Description

Participants build balanced wellness habits by completing activities across five key pillars: physical, mental, nutritional, financial, and social wellbeing.

The challenge encourages a wide range of healthy actions, including yoga, meditation, sleep, walking, running, bicycling, fruits and vegetables, hydration, financial education, social connection, club participation, and volunteering.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.
