Eligible activities include running, walking, hiking, elliptical workouts, bicycling, spinning, yoga, meditation, drinking 8 or more cups of water, and sleeping at least 7 hours.

Participants earn 2 points for every 8,000 steps through running, walking, hiking, or elliptical activity; 1 point for every 3 miles of bicycling or spinning; 1 point for each yoga or meditation workout; 1 point for drinking 8 or more cups of water; and 2 points for sleeping at least 7 hours.
