Challenge Description

Participants build healthier workday movement habits by completing simple stretches and strengthening exercises that can be done at or near a workstation.

Each week introduces desk-friendly activities like seated stretches, neck rolls, core squeezes, calf raises, wall sits, push-ups, dips, squats, and other quick movement breaks.

Participants earn points for eligible exercises logged through manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.

Weekly Challenge Structure

Week 1: Participants earn 10 points per time for Seated Cat-Cow Stretch, 10 points per time for Seated Pigeon Stretch, 5 points per time for Neck Rolls, 1 point per time for Chest Opener Stretch, 10 points per minute for Ab Squeeze, and 10 points per minute for Glute Squeeze.

Week 2: Participants earn 10 points per minute for Ab Squeeze, 10 points per minute for Glute Squeeze, 1 point per rep for Calf Raises, 1 point per rep for Standing Leg Curl, 1 point per rep for Seated Leg Raise, and 1 point per rep for Arm Circles.

Week 3: Participants earn 1 point per dip for Dips, 1 point per pushup for Push-ups, 25 points per minute for Wall Sit, 1 point per rep for Seated Squat, and 2 points per minute for Stretching.

Week 4: Participants earn 1 point per dip for Dips, 1 point per pushup for Push-ups, 25 points per minute for Wall Sit, 1 point per rep for Seated Squat, and 2 points per minute for Stretching.
