Participants build strength and cardiovascular fitness by completing daily bodyweight exercises and movement-based activities.

The challenge encourages simple, approachable activities like push-ups, planks, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, walking, and running.

Participants earn points for completing eligible daily exercise or step goals, with progress reflected on an individual or team leaderboard throughout the challenge.

Weekly Challenge Structure

Weeks 1 & 2: Earn 1 point per day by completing at least 10 push-ups, 30 seconds of planks, 15 squats, 10 lunges, 20 jumping jacks, or 5,000 steps from walking or running.

Weeks 3 & 4: Earn 1 point per day by completing at least 15 push-ups, 30 seconds of planks, 25 squats, 20 lunges, 30 jumping jacks, or 8,000 steps from walking or running.
