The challenge encourages simple actions like cutting out sugary beverages, cooking healthy meals at home, avoiding fast food, making grocery lists, swapping sugary foods, and staying active through walking, running, hiking, bicycling, or elliptical workouts.

Participants earn points for eligible nutrition activities logged through manual entry, along with movement-based activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry.
