Challenge Description

Participants build consistent movement habits by completing a variety of fitness activities, from walking and running to cycling, gym visits, and bodyweight exercises.

Each week introduces new ways to earn points, helping employees explore different activities, stay motivated, and build healthy routines over time.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.

Weekly Challenge Structure

Week 1: Earn 3 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 2 points per mile for Walking, Running, Elliptical, and Hiking, and 1 point per mile for Bicycling and Spinning.

Week 2: Earn 2 points per time for Working out with a buddy, 3 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 2 points per mile for Walking, Running, Elliptical, and Hiking, and 1 point per mile for Bicycling and Spinning.

Week 3: Earn 3 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 2 points per mile for Walking, Running, Elliptical, and Hiking, 1 point per mile for Bicycling and Spinning, 0.25 points per pushup for Push-ups, 0.25 points per squat for Squats, and 1 point per minute for Planks.

Week 4: Earn 2 points per time for Working out with a buddy, 3 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 2 points per mile for Walking, Running, Elliptical, and Hiking, 1 point per mile for Bicycling and Spinning, 0.25 points per pushup for Push-ups, 0.25 points per crunch for Crunches/Sit Ups, 1 point per minute for Planks, and 0.25 points per squat for Squats.
