Challenge Description

Participants build heart-healthy habits by completing activities that support cardiovascular wellness, nutrition, strength, mindfulness, and recovery.

The challenge encourages balanced daily routines through activities like meditation, guided breathing, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, aerobic movement, strength exercises, stretching, and sleep.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.
