Challenge Description

Participants build healthier daily routines by focusing on alcohol-free habits, hydration, movement, sleep, and nutrition throughout the challenge

Each week encourages simple wellness actions like avoiding alcoholic drinks, drinking water, visiting fitness facilities, walking, running, elliptical workouts, making healthy grocery lists, cooking at home, and getting enough sleep.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.

Weekly Challenge Structure

Week 1: Earn 5 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 10 points per day for Avoid Alcoholic Drinks, 3 points per cup for Drinking Water, and 5 points per step for Walking and Running.

Week 2: Earn 5 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 10 points per day for Avoid Alcoholic Drinks, 3 points per cup for Drinking Water, and 5 points per step for Walking, Running, and Elliptical.

Week 3: Earn 5 points per visit for Fitness Facilities, 3 points per time for Make a Healthy Grocery List, 10 points per day for Avoid Alcoholic Drinks, 5 points per hour for 7+ Hours of Sleep, 3 points per cup for Drinking Water, and 3 points per step for Walking and Running.
