Rethink Your Drink is a 5-week comprehensive wellness challenge that helps participants build healthier hydration habits through daily water tracking and weekly habit-based goals.
The challenge starts with daily water intake tracking, then adds weekly focus areas that support hydration in different ways. Participants are encouraged to drink more water, reduce habits that may contribute to dehydration, and make small changes that build over time.
Participants can earn points for tracking daily water intake and completing weekly wellness goals such as reducing salt intake, avoiding alcoholic beverages, eating hydrating fruits and vegetables, and limiting salty snacks.
Participants earn points for each fluid ounce of water they log, with additional points available for completing the weekly habit-based goals. The scoring structure rewards both daily consistency and progress across the full 5-week challenge.
Each week introduces a new hydration-related focus. Week 1 focuses on building a water intake routine, Week 2 adds reduced salt intake, Week 3 focuses on avoiding alcohol, Week 4 introduces hydrating foods, and Week 5 combines the habits together.
Participants log their daily water intake through the IncentFit app or web platform. This makes it easy to track progress toward the daily hydration goal and see points accumulate throughout the challenge.
