Challenge Description

Small daily habits can make a big difference in how participants feel! In this challenge, participants earn points for activities that support movement, balanced nutrition, restorative sleep, and healthier daily routines.

Each week encourages simple wellness actions like getting enough sleep, walking, running, bicycling, spinning, cooking healthy meals, eating fruits and vegetables, visiting fitness facilities, and making mindful nutrition choices.

Participants track eligible activities through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard to keep motivation high and celebrate every step toward better well-being.

Challenge Structure

Week 1 Focus on getting at least seven hours of sleep, walking or running, and cooking healthy meals at home.

Week 2 Continue tracking sleep and walking or running while adding bicycling, spinning, and eating fruits or vegetables.

Week 3 Keep up sleep and cardio activities while adding fitness facility visits and swapping a sugary food for a healthier alternative.

Week 4 Continue sleep, cardio activities, and fitness visits, with avoiding food after 9 p.m. replacing the sugary-food swap.
