Challenge Description

Participants build healthier hydration habits by tracking daily water intake and completing simple, habit-based challenges.

Each week introduces a new focus area - from increasing water intake to reducing habits that contribute to dehydration - helping employees make gradual, sustainable changes over time.

Participants earn points through daily hydration, along with additional points for completing weekly habit-based goals, reinforcing consistent, trackable behavior throughout the challenge.

Weekly Challenge Structure

Week 1: Build Your Hydration Foundation Participants earn 1 point for every fluid ounce of water consumed, with a goal of reaching 64 ounces per day to maximize daily points.

Week 2: Reduce Salt Intake Participants continue earning 1 point per ounce of water consumed and can earn an additional 16 points each day by reducing salt intake.

Week 3: Limit Alcohol Consumption Participants earn points for daily water intake and can earn an additional 16 points each day by avoiding alcoholic beverages.

Week 4: Add Hydrating Foods Participants continue earning points for water intake and can earn 4 additional points for each portion of high water-content fruits or vegetables consumed.

Week 5: Combine Healthy Habits Participants earn points for water intake while also earning bonus points by avoiding alcohol, eating hydrating foods, and reducing salty snacks—bringing all habits together for maximum impact.
