Challenge Description

Participants build healthier summer wellness habits by completing activities that support movement, hydration, sun safety, relaxation, and time outdoors.

The challenge encourages seasonal activities like walking, running, bicycling, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, drinking water, wearing sunscreen, unplugging, gardening, having a picnic, and spending time outside.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual or team leaderboard throughout the challenge.
