Challenge Description

Participants build mindful movement habits by completing simple activities that support flexibility, reflection, meditation, and daily walking.

Each week encourages intentional wellness actions like practicing gratitude, stretching, meditating, being present, walking, and adding yoga into the routine.

Participants earn points for eligible activities tracked through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard throughout the challenge.

Weekly Challenge Structure

Week 1: Earn 1 point per moment for Moment of Gratitude, 2 points per 10 minutes for 10 minutes of Stretching, 1 point per 10 minutes for Meditate for 10 minutes, and 20 points per walk for Walking after 8,000 steps.

Week 2: Earn 2 points per 20 minutes for Meditate for 20 minutes, 2 points per 20 minutes for 20 Minutes of Stretching, 1 point per moment for Be Present in the Moment, and 20 points per walk for Walking after 8,000 steps.

Week 3: Earn 1 point per moment for Moment of Gratitude, 2 points per 20 minutes for Meditate for 20 minutes, 2 points per 20 minutes for 20 Minutes of Stretching, 4 points per 30 minutes for 30 Minutes of Yoga, and 20 points per walk for Walking after 8,000 steps.
