Set Goals for Spring: March 2021 Updates from IncentFit

We’re looking forward to spring and getting outside! This month’s product updates include some new ideas to engage employees this season.

Get better rest

Sleep Awareness Week is March 14-20, 2021. This annual event, created by the National Sleep Foundation, seeks to promote better sleep as a way to increase overall health and well-being. Did you know: one in three adults aren’t getting enough rest, putting themselves at risk of obesity, heart disease…and a serious risk of burnout.

This month, consider a themed challenge or wellness initiative to encourage your employees to practice good sleep hygiene! Try one of the sleep-related wellness challenges in our library—like the “Sleep Smarter” template, which gives points for things that contribute to a healthier sleep cycle.

Set goals for spring

“It’s hard to stick to a healthy habit once you’ve lost momentum. Especially after this last year! Having something to keep me accountable has been really helpful.”

That’s why one employee says she loves IncentFit’s new Goals option!

With Goals, you pick what you’re working on—walking, drinking more water, regular yoga practice, etc.—and select a difficultly level that works for your lifestyle. We keep track of your progress and help keep you motivated along the way.
