IncentFit Updates

Admin News – November 2017

Written by Gabe

As the New Year approaches we’re rolling out (and wrapping up) some major changes!

New Challenge System

We recently introduced our new and improved challenges system. Some important changes include:

  • greatly improved emails and in-app notifications that focus on actionable health content
  • many more options for challenge formats and designs (including challenges that change over time)
  • a complete revamp of the user-experience, especially on mobile

We are still working on finishing up this major project refresh and expect that it will be completed in about 2 weeks. At that time admins will be able to create challenges and choose from a wide variety of great pre-made challenges. In the meantime, if you’d like to run a challenge or have questions you can submit a request through the “Create New Challenge” button in the My Challenges page of our website.

Challenges Prizes

When running challenges, motivating employees with prizes is a great way to keep up enthusiasm. To help our clients with this, we are happy to announce that we can now handle the distribution of gift cards and merchandise, as well as charitable donations as prizes. You can choose from a wide variety of merchandise, gift cards, and/or charitable partners, and we’ll handle all the logistics for you.

Single Sign On (SSO)

SSO allows users to sign into IncentFit using the same account they use to sign into the rest of your company’s system. That means employees don’t need to remember yet another username and password and if they’re at work, they can log into IncentFit without having to enter their credentials at all. We now work with Okta and OneLogin to offer full support for any of our mutual clients. We’ll also have Google and Microsoft SSO soon! If your company uses a different SSO solution, that’s not a problem either because we now have full support for Standard SAML 2.0.

As always, if there are any questions please reach out to support@incentfit.com for immediate assistance.
