As part of this upgrade, there will be a pricing adjustment, allowing us to continue supporting these new capabilities, investing in future innovations, and maintaining our commitment to high standards for your experience.

The updated rate will be based on the number of participants in your current plan. We’ve made every effort to keep this increase minimal while enhancing the value we provide. To determine your organization’s per-employee per-month (PEPM) rate, please refer to our pricing calculator.

You will need to download IncentFit RECHARGE from the App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android. You do NOT need to re-register your IncentFit account. For users accessing IncentFit through the web app, logging in will be the same, but with a refreshed, more user-friendly design. Please direct users to log in using this link.

Yes, once you have downloaded IncentFit RECHARGE, you will need to login and reconnect any fitness tracking apps or devices.

Yes, all scheduled challenges will transfer over to IncentFit RECHARGE.

Yes! You’ll continue to have access to real-time leaderboard and participation reports. These pages will remain unchanged while our Development Team completes the full update.

No, scheduling a challenge remains the same as before. Simply follow the usual steps to set up and schedule your challenge.

There have not been any new additions with this update, however, our template is ever evolving with new challenges to choose from so check back often!

Users will still receive notifications via email of a challenge beginning or ending. They will also be notified on their account Dashboard.

No, you will still join a challenge on the Challenges page with the “Join Challenge” button.
