When Can You Experience RECHARGE?

IncentFit RECHARGE is being released to customers in phases, based on feature readiness and development progress. As each component becomes available, our Customer Support team will personally reach out to the designated HR administrator or wellness program manager prior to their employees being notified to coordinate access and ensure a smooth transition.

This tailored approach allows us to provide hands-on support during the rollout, ensuring every organization is set up for success before inviting employees into the new experience.

Frequently Asked Questions by Administrators

No. Your current program structure, reward rules, and setup will remain exactly the same. RECHARGE simply upgrades the user interface and makes day-to-day management easier for both admins and participants. Any updates to your program itself would only occur if requested by your team.

RECHARGE is being rolled out in phases, and the timing will depend on your product setup and development progress. Once your organization is eligible, a member of our Support Team will contact your wellness admin directly to confirm your go-live date.

By default, admins will receive early access to RECHARGE two weeks prior to the employee rollout. This gives you time to explore the new platform, attend optional training, and prepare communications. If you’d prefer to delay your employee rollout, just let our team know—we’re happy to adjust the schedule.

When it’s time for your employee launch, IncentFit will support the rollout with in-app announcements, email communications, and optional handouts to make the transition easy.

Yes. All program activity, earnings, and reporting history will automatically transfer to RECHARGE, no manual action needed.

SSO - If your organization uses SSO, our team will contact you with any required updates.

Fitness Trackers - Employees will need to reconnect their devices (Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Fit, etc.) once they log into RECHARGE.

You may still use the old version of the IncentFit mobile app and web browser, however, our Development Team is prioritizing IncentFit RECHARGE and so there will be no additional updates or fixes made to the old version. Once we’re done with the rollout, the old version will be completely discontinued.

Admins now have access to Organization Profiles, allowing you to manage your program while keeping your personal and admin profiles separate. You’ll also notice a cleaner layout, easier navigation, and improved reporting tools.

Download the new app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android. For web access, log in as usual at incentfit.com. No re-registration is required.

As part of this upgrade, there will be a pricing adjustment to reflect the added features and value of RECHARGE.
