Work smarter, move more, and make time to recharge! In this challenge, participants earn points for simple habits that support productivity, movement, recovery, and personal well-being.

From planning the day and focusing on one task at a time to taking mindful lunch breaks, moving throughout the workday, leaving work on time, and making space for hobbies or home-cooked meals, participants are encouraged to build routines that help work and life feel a little more balanced.

Participants log eligible activities through manual entry, along with select movement-based activities tracked through synced devices or manual entry, making it easy to celebrate the small choices that support a healthier, more sustainable workday.
