Soak up the season and build healthy summer habits! In this challenge, participants earn points for activities that support movement, hydration, sun safety, relaxation, and time outdoors.

From walking, running, bicycling, swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding to drinking water, wearing sunscreen, unplugging, gardening, having a picnic, and spending time outside, participants are encouraged to enjoy simple seasonal activities that support overall well-being.

Participants track eligible activities through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual or team leaderboard to keep the summer energy high from start to finish.
