Time to hit the gym and keep the momentum going! In this challenge, participants earn points by checking in at approved fitness facilities throughout the challenge.

Whether they're lifting weights, taking a class, hopping on the treadmill, or just making time to move, each gym visit helps participants build consistency and stay connected to their personal wellness goals.

Eligible fitness facility check-ins are tracked through GPS, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard to keep motivation high and encourage participants to keep showing up.
