Challenge Description

Show your heart some love! In this challenge, participants earn points for simple daily activities that support cardiovascular wellness, balanced nutrition, strength, mindfulness, and recovery.

From aerobic movement, strength exercises, and stretching to meditation, guided breathing, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and better sleep, participants are encouraged to build heart-healthy routines that fit into everyday life.

Participants track eligible activities through synced fitness devices or manual entry, with progress reflected on an individual leaderboard to keep motivation high and celebrate every heart-smart choice along the way.
