One Step at a Time is primarily an individual challenge. That means in this type of challenge, employees compete against themselves to do better than before. But we've also added in some friendly team-based competition as peer motivation!
Together, your team will encourage each other to stick to healthy habits and hit their goals.

How it works
Week 1
Hit at least 5,000 steps per day to earn 10 points.
Week 2
Increase to 6,500 steps per day to earn 10 points.
Week 2
Almost there! This week try for 8,000 steps or more.
Week 4
Home stretch! Earn points when you to hit 10,000 steps a day.
