Basic Sleep Challenges

In these challenges, IncentFit will help you start start thinking about the concept of sleep hygiene: the habits that help us have a good night's rest and stay alert during the day.


Example template: Sweet Dreams

Challenge yourself to get a good night’s rest. Participants will get points for hours tracked sleeping either by syncing a device or manually reporting their hours via the IncentFit app. You’ll aim to sleep at least seven hours per night for 30 days.


Skills Building Challenges

In these more advanced sleep challenges, we look beyond the bed to other ways your employees can improve their rest. You'd be surprised how easy it is once you get started.


Example template: Sleep Smarter

In addition to a goal of at least 7 hours of sleep each night, you’ll also complete other activities that will make your sleep the best rest you can get. Practice shutting off electronics, avoiding food late at night, meditation, and getting plenty of exercise.

Mindfulness Challenges

Research suggests that mindfulness meditation — a mind-calming practice that focuses on breathing and awareness — can help fight insomnia and improve your rest. Encourage your employees to try it out!


Example template: Mind Over Matter

In this team-based challenge, you’ll focus on mindfulness and personal growth.Earn points for activities like meditation, unplugging from electronics, and taking moments to reflect; work together to reach at least 500 points per person per day for 30 days.
